Our premiuim, limited production Extra Virgin Olive Oil will be harvested in November 2024, making it the freshest oil you can get your hands on. With one taste, you'll never go back to store-bought oil again. Harvested in the hills of the Kalamata region of Greece, our oil has very low acidity at the time of bottling (<.2%) and is high in polyphenols, making among the best EVOOs in the world. 

PDO Kalamata is a geographically-defined designation awarded to EVOO produced only in the Kalamata region of the southern Peloponnese peninsula. EVOO with this designation is renowned for its high quality and unique flavor.
